We may collect personal information (name, email address, phone number, date of birth), account data (role, profile details), usage data (pages visited, actions performed), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information).
Communication Data: We collect and process messages exchanged between users through the Platform, including message content, timestamps, and related metadata, for the purpose of enabling communication between trainers and clients.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, create and manage user accounts, process bookings and payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

We process personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.

We may share data with payment providers and hosting/infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Account and booking data are retained for the duration of the user's account and for up to 3 years after account deletion for legal, dispute resolution, and record-keeping purposes.
Email delivery logs may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting purposes.
When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Chat messages are retained for the duration of the user's account and may be deleted upon account deletion, unless retention is required for legal or dispute resolution purposes.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
9. Service Email Notifications
We send transactional (service-related) emails necessary for the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Booking confirmations and cancellations
- Membership purchase confirmations or rejections
- Notifications to trainers about new membership purchases
- Account-related updates
These emails are required for the proper functioning of the Platform and are sent on the legal basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Users may manage notification preferences in their account settings. However, essential service emails may still be sent where necessary to provide the service.
10. Third-Party Email Provider
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as a third-party email service provider.
Brevo processes personal data (such as name and email address) solely on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with GDPR.

All payments are handled directly between users and trainers.

Payment status is based on information provided by the trainer.
